'Install' button does nothing for me too when i'm trying to install themes,
icons, etc. from GHNS dialog. And also there is no 'Loading of providers from
file https://download.kde.org/ocs/providers.xml failed' message in GHNS window
- only 'Installation failed' popup after some time.
