We need to fix this for the next release: tarme.rb adds another
ki18n_install(po) which fails when building in-source. We already to
ki18n_install(${CMAKE_CURRENT_BINARY_DIR}/po) which is apparently redundand
with this. I think changing what we have to ki18n_install(po) should fix it,
but that needs to be tested.
