You have provided binaries for KDevelop5 for WIndows. I need similar binaries
for KDevelop 4(For those KDE projects that still use KDevelop4) for WIndows 8.1
If you can provide detailed build instructions that work for KDevelop 4.n then
I can work with those instructions. And can you provide binaries as well.
