Initially blue tone of selected "global shortcuts" is lighter than normal.
Blue tone becomes correct when I back to "global shortcuts" from another
section.
The same issue affects these kcms:
desktop behavior > virtual desktops
desktop behavior > activities
startup and shutdown > autostart
regional settings > date & time
neon dev unstable, breeze theme
