When I go to Help -> KDevelop handbook, I just get a popup that says "Document
Not Found". The URI help://kdevelop does not point to a valid page.
Furthermore, it says that the shortcut for the help is "F1" but pressing "F1"
just opens an "Ambiguous Shortcut detected" error window.
