At the moment, if I want to use my stylus as a pen, I must select the pen
option every time I make a stroke. This is very frustrating, and could be
solved if the annotation mode would stick until unselected.
In addition, that is a much more intuitive behavior to me, at least for the
highlighter and pens. I can see why it would be less intuitive for the sticky
note.
