A wallpaper showing an image source from the web should be created. The source
in the web is assumed to change every X seconds (e.g. an online webcam).
Therefore, the image should be refreshed automatically every X seconds.
The refresh interval as well as the URL of the image should be be configurable.
For inspiration, see a similar feature here [1].
If no internet connection is available, the wallpaper shall fall back to the
latest successfully downloaded image.
