Because it's due to missing code in KF5::Solid interface under Windows to
handle USB device dynamically. The code exist for Linux and MacOS, at least.
I forward this file to Solid team for a feedback about this problem.
Note : the other way to used GPhoto2 driver under Windows is not valid. Gphoto2
is not ported to Windows.
