"Manage project profiles" > "Create new profile"
This section has several bugs.
1. At this point the window looks like this https://i.imgur.com/wHYJ0l6.png and
already has a bug - the "Profile" field is showing the previously selected
profile! I clicked on "New", so "Profile" should show nothing or "New". As it
currently is, the user becomes worried that Kdenlive is editing an existing
profile instead of creating a new one.
2. Set the "Description" to "deleteme", click "Save profile".

I saw no "Saved successfully" message.
Kdenlive should at this point show my newly saved profile. It did not. I called
my new profile "deleteme", while those fields are showing "HD 1080p 25 fps".
Very misleading.
3. Click "Close". Back to https://i.imgur.com/uacsmTF.png and still no sign of
my new profile.
I have to restart Kdenlive to see it. I saw no "Restart Kdenlive to see your
new profile" message, and restarting should not be necessary anyway.
