I respond to myself: As Jonathan Ridell said, it depends of kpmcore package.
After install kpmcore, Partitionmanager can be opened correctly. For some
reason, on some of the last occasions I ran "apt autoremove", it uninstalled
the kpmcore package, and it is not the first time that it happens, it has
happened to me with other packages when running "apt autoremove".
