Unfortunately these shortcuts conflict with existing shortcuts in Yakuake and
KEdit/Kate/K-anything-using-the-KTextEditor-class. You can see for yourself
with https://lxr.kde.org/search?_filestring=&_string=CTRL.*ALT.*Up
Personally I'm always in favor of changing default shortcuts if the change
results in something better and more consistent overall (IMHO of course) but
many KDE developers are understandably much more conservative in this matter.
You'll need to make a pretty strong case to convince them.
