I have Kubuntu 17.04 with Ark 16.12.3 Ark gave me an error that it wasn't
able to open RAR files. I used this code to install unrar (0.0.1)
sudo apt-get install unrar-free
Now I get an error that
"The archive is empty or Ark could not open its content."

When I install UNRAR from Discover or use the command:
sudo apt-get install unrar
Then I can open RAR archives with Ark.
Checking the version,
sudo unrar -v
returns UNRAR 5.40 freeware Copyright (c) 1993-2016 Alexander Roshal
