Thanks for reporting. Since you mentioned Gwenview, I'm closing this as
duplicate number 31 of bug 377880 even though you reported this against
Frameworks.
Apparently the general consensus (looking at who is writing actual patches) is
to fix this in every affected application, so please feel to reopen against a
specific application if this still happens for you.
