I can think about three main reasons: 1) Dark windows make difficult to see whats inside that window. 2) Not everybody likes how does it fit with their desktop design 3) Thinkig about how tweakable is KDE; it shoud have this feature implemented. I have attached two images to compare how does it look on Windows 10 and how does it on KDE. I would be fantastic to be able to choose between them.
