All other .upd files in /usr/share/kconf_update/ contain
Version=5 at the top. In krdb_libpathwipe.upd Version=5 entry is at the end.
The problem occured on neon user (5.10.5) and neon dev unstable (5.11.0)
installations.
dpkg tells me that the file in from the source package 'plasma-desktop'
