When multiple static client or multiple client+daemon combo is running while
Ring-KDE is built in static mode, calls fails due to some ports being locked.
This is confusing and there is no visible sign it's the case.
The Ring-KDE user interface need to be very explicit about the issue and warn
the user he cannot send/receive calls until the other daemon (or static client)
are closed and Ring-KDE restarted.
