Baloo seems to be very fast at collecting files. However on a large file base
with lots of often changing content the baloo_extractor takes quite an amount
of system resources.
For many use cases one often only need to quickly search by filename. Is it
possible to configure baloo this way? E.g.: let it index all the filenames but
do not extract any content (or only for a small range of files)?
