tex and pdf files describing the issue

The code template used by the 'image insertion feature' (the one that appears
when you press Alt+I,G, or go to 'LaTeX > image insertion') produces buggy
output with pdfLaTeX if the image filename contains spaces, i.e., a part of the
image's filename appears in the output. I have attached a tar.gz archive
containing examples of the problem LaTeX code and alternative templates which
could be used to fix this issue, and an output pdf which explains the issue.
