When using a stylus with a graphics tablet, there are certain UI elements such
as KDE scrollbars (i.e.: firefox's scrollbar works fine but Dolphin's doesn't)
and taskbar widgets that I can't interact with. This only occurs sometimes and
I haven't been able to find an obvious reason for what triggers it. When it
doesn't work, I resort to using a touchpad, which works as it should.
Potentially linked bugs:
287100: similar elements not working although the input device is a mouse
382524: identical element not working with stylus although in this case it
seems to never work as opposed to some of the time.
