It submitted when I hit enter after attaching the screen shot and before I had
typed everything.  Here is what I intended to submit.

When using two monitors, drag and drop has an incorrect cursor or icon
location.

In the attached screen shot, the cursor is on the selected image.  The icon for
the drag and drop file is off to the right.  This always occurs with a second
monitor attached, and never occurs when using just the laptop internal display.

This problem occurs with all apps such as Digikam, dolphin, browsers, etc.

I am running OpenSUSE Tumbleweed, current as of 2017-09-24. Hardware is an
x86_64 architecture.  Laptop display is 3480x2160, external monitor is wide
aspect ratio 2560x1080.
