I bought a new drawing tablet and confirmed that it has nothing to do with the
problem. As soon as I open a canvas, my cursor is automatically a hand and I
cannot do anything but pan. Which means no matter what I do, I cannot draw.
Sometimes it only works when I hold down B but not always. I do not know how to
fix it and I have a deadline soon, please help!
