--- Comment #2 from miklos <mtm...@gmail.com> --- Yes, it's the DesktopGrid effect. When you activate it, the screen zooms out to show all the desktops. Then you can use the cursor keys or the mouse to select a desktop to zoom back to. When you zoom back to a different desktop than the one you were on before, it shows the target desktop with no windows for a moment at the start of the animation.
