in 4.0, the brush tip will now tell you if it is animated one when selected. It
will say "animated mask" when you select a tip that is animated in some way.
Non animated tips will just say "mask".
Dynamically adding symbols to the preset thumbnails is going to be pretty
debatable, so we might want to discuss that. It will probably cover up things
that brush makers have designed for their existing thumbnails. We already do
that in one area if the brush is dirty. Having another icon go over the preset
might start creating issues.
