This bug is at frameworks-knewstuff.
The kdf is installing org.kde.kdf.desktop.
The knewstuff frameworks is looking kdf.desktop ->
https://lxr.kde.org/source/frameworks/knewstuff/data/kmoretools-desktopfiles/
A workaround is to symlink the org.kde.kdf.desktop to kdf.desktop.
