Looks like it doesn't affect all Alt+Shift and Ctrl+Alt+Shift shortcuts. In my
testing Arch Linux, logout session without confirmation with Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Del
stopped working, as long as Ctrl+Alt+Shift+arrows (to move windows between
desktops). So looks like the bug affects any *+Alt+Shift+* combination.
