Recording of problem
Attempting to scroll with two fingers using a laptop touchpad will appear to
work at first (it slides to the bottom almost instantly), but attempting to
scroll upward will result in either no movement at all or a small movement
upward followed immediately by a jump back to the bottom, as seen around 0:16
in the attached screen recording.
