None of my tools except for the transform and pan tools work. Clicking on a
tool will highlight it, but the cursor will be incorrect (showing the icon for
tools previously used) and the tool itself won't work. Clicking around the
canvas does nothing and, while I can change or click around the toolbar,
nothing happens.
