Top most text-menu (File, edit, view...) gets unresponsive when in fullscreen
mode on windows 10. This is for the pre-alpha 2 build provided on krita.org
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. put krita in full screen mode through the view menu
2. draw some strokes (not sure if this is needed, but it was what I did)
3. try to click on any of the text menus
Actual Results:
no menus appear when clicking
Expected Results:
menus should appear when clicking
