Can you still reproduce this issue?
I can't see any reason that you failed to connect to remote desktop.
If you still can reproduce this issue, could you use "kdebugdialog" and checks
"krdc(rdp backend)", and then run krdc in a terminal. It'll output some logs on
the screen and paste the log here.
