This problem must be reported to Exiv2 team, as all the job in Raw file is
processed by this libraw.
In all cases, the Raw metadata writing option must be removed in digiKam
metadata settings panel. It too dangerous to use.
I propose to do it for 6.0.0 release. The subject is open.
