            Bug ID: 358993
Summary: Right-Click Toolbox doesn't work unless a document is
                    open
           Product: krita
           Version: 2.9.7
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Dockers
          Assignee: krita-bugs-n...@kde.org
          Reporter: kde....@eternaldusk.com

I ran into the known bug 352110, where the krita window was way too large
because the default tool size had caused the toolbox to be a very very tall
single line column.

Being naive as to how to use krita, I tried right-clicking the tools (which
does nothing when no document is open), dug through the menus, tried the scroll
wheel on the toolbox, ctrl+ and ctrl-, etc.

As someone who's never used krita, it took me quite a while to figure out the
solution. I actually ended up going to the krita website to look for
screenshots to make sure the large tools weren't just a fixed standard for the
app. Only then did I stumble across an image in the features section that
showed there should be a context menu available.

I know that bug 352110 has been fixed, but it would be more intuitive/nicer for
the user if the right-click menus worked before a document was open. Thanks,
and keep up the good work on what looks to be an excellent app.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open krita
2. Right-click toolbox
3. Nothing.

Actual Results:
No toolbox resize/context menu appears

Expected Results:
Expected context menu.
