This bug is slightly weird. On my Thinkpad 13, my touchpad works fine, with tap
to click enabled, two finger scrolling and two finger click as right mouse
button. However, every once in a while (not always) when playing video in
Chrome (eg Youtube), the special functions stop working and I can only use the
touchpad normally (ie with the hardware buttons). Tap to click and multitouch
are not available, and disabling and re-enabling them in the KDE settings does
not help. Restarting or suspending and resuming solves the problem until it
appears again.
