Unfortunately it will not add app title and window controls (not visible on screenshot) to panel. I was thinking how to make window controls to blend nice into panel, as they look not-so-good by default and idea is to have them hidden until you mouse over app title on panel. I'll try to make mock-up using plasma window controls for this in spare time for icon-only task switcher.
