If yes, try to disable and it would be a known issue. openQA does not have HW accelerated 3D with virtio-gpu (yet) and blur doesn't get enabled automatically on llvmpipe AFAIK I attached the supportconfig, but it's from a session which I couldn't reproduce the issue in (it fails in maybe 1 out of 5 runs).
