Inline annotations (to use them, hit F6, then 2) don't show cyrillic
characters.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any PDF
2. Open annotations editor (F6)
3. Add a new inline annotation (2)
4. Enter something that contains cyrillic characters in the editor, such as
"abc абв 123 эюя xyz"
5. Hit OK
6. The rendered annotation will be "abc 123 xyz"
Actual Results:
no cyrillic characters
Expected Results:
they should be rendered
