Hi, I have Windows 10 and Krita and I am having the same issue. My Monoprice
tablet's cursor jumps from the middle of the canvas straight to the scroll bar.
This is incredibly inconvenient. I can see if it's possible to provide video of
the effect, but this issue is making it impossible to draw with any confidence.
