See screen capture showing an attachment to an email at the bottom, but not in
the header. The capture was obtained while View > Attachments was in "Smart".
Changing the View > Attachments to either "As Icons" or "Inline" has no effect.
Selecting "Hide" or "In Header Only" makes the attachments disappear.
