Video of LAG

I have an laptop HP with Windows 10 SL. I7 4710HQ @ 2.3GHz, 16GB of RAM, SSD
500GB and Nvidia GTX 850 with 4GB. 

The problem is that some brushes have too lag. I attached a video showing the
issue.

I have updated all drivers in my laptop.

The problem happens with tablet Intuos Pro M and with mouse.

The brushes in GIMP works fine with similar configuration.
