Hi Bertine,
I'm afraid I cannot reproduce this on my surface pro, so there must be
something else going on as well... Could you try to install the shell extension
with its own installer
(https://download.kde.org/stable/krita/kritashellex-1.2.3.0-setup.exe) and
check whether that makes a difference?
