--- Comment #3 from Tsu Jan <tsujan2...@gmail.com> --- Another descriptive info, if it helps: With kwin effects enabled, starting Dolphin (and some other apps that may have a delay on starting -- although I think Dolphin's start delay is a bug) sometimes creates an empty rectangle, inside which Dolphin appears after ~1 second or less.
