When a maintainer closes a bug report, users should not open that bug report again, whether they feel that their point is valid, or not. Maintainers are responsible for bug reports against the components they maintain and whether rightly or wrongly, are the final arbiters. ALL users of bugs.kde.org as well as other parts of the KDE infrastructure -- including maintainers -- are responsible for following and supporting the KDE Code of Conduct. Technical disagreements should focus on technical details, without strong language, sarcasm, name-calling or other disparagement.
