I'm sorry, but the attachment only shows that Krita does not get events from
the stylus, which of course means you don't get pressure. You'd need to start
debugview before starting Krita to see whether Krita can find the wintab dll at
all.
To generate a crash report, you need debug symbols. Please follow
https://docs.krita.org/Dr._Mingw_debugger to see how to generate the crash
report.
