This is on my Windows 10 surface pro 4.
Steps to reproduce
1. create a new image
2. Go to Image > Scale Image to New Size
Expected results
the image height and width would be the current height and width
actual results
the image height and width is 0
I looked at the code for this a bit ago. The data is coming into the dialog,
but it doesn't seem to be getting set correct. I think these fields are using
the new input widgets that can do maths.
