Reinstalled from this neon-userltsedition-20170628-0018-amd64.iso image
SHA256: d17bfb2fa87abbc9ea8c07138f8c6582d36ece797321661a14617abd8c7e6604
Plasma version is 5.8.7 (Info Center confirms it as well) but for whatever
reason, it says 5.8.6 (underneath the Neon logo) on startup. For the life of
me, I don't know why. Regards.
