--- Comment #2 from zeta <franciscodezuvi...@gmail.com> --- Martin, sorry I was not descriptive enough. Example of a Use case 1 (feature not implemented): - User is working on activity A, which is a neatly organized dashboard of 4 windows, one on each corner (let's say they are 2 browsers and 2 terminals). - User switches to activity B, which is a "kitchen sink" with notepads and documents all over the place. - To avoid distraction, user minimizes all windows and restores view to 2 of the documents - User goes back to activity A. The dashboards ar minimized :( Example of a Use case 2 in which the featured is implemented: - User is working on activity A, which is a neatly organized dashboard of 4 windows, one on each corner. - User switches to activity C and then back and forth between activity C and D. - He uses applications shared by all activities like a screenshot utility or a terminal - He goes back to activity A and the shared applications are covering the other windows - He goes back to activity D and minimizes all windows (which includes those exclusive to activity D and those that are shared) - He goes back to activity A and the shared applications are now minimized, but the dashboard is visible.
