Where appropriate, default "Smallest readable font" not used by Kexi. Also,
PropertyEditor/FontSize means pixel size, while typically it should be point
size.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change "Smallest readable font" in Plasma's system settings
2. Run Kexi
3. Changes are not present
Expected Results:
"Smallest readable font" should be used.
Font size based on resolution is a risky choice, should be removed.
