Explanation:
When I press to delete a file and the dialog pops up, or I get a warning for
something, the window that that pops-up up is empty (transparent) and it fully
loads after about 20 seconds.
However, if I wait and the popup loads, then If I evoke it again on the same
window (e.g. I press delete on another file and a window appears to prompt me
to send it to trash) it now loads instantly. The problem exists only in the
fist time. So if I close that dolphin window which is now "fixed" and I open
another, the problem appears again.
