            Bug ID: 381721
Summary: Network Manager creates arbitrary (invalid) connection
eth0 after suspension and after reboot
           Product: plasma-nm
           Version: 5.8.6
          Platform: openSUSE RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: applet
          Assignee: jgrul...@redhat.com
          Reporter: bugs.kde....@itcsh.de
  Target Milestone: ---

Hello,

whenever my machine starts (after shutdown or suspend to disk) a new (invalid,
because dhcp) wired network connection named eth0 is created and activated
instead the valid fixed address wired connection which was enabled at STD or
shutdown. Even renaming my valid connection to eth0 does not help - after
restart I have two eth0 connections out of which the wrong one is enabled.
Please assist.

Best regards
ITCsh
