I tried this kmymones file with the snapshots from 4.8.1 and could not
reproduce this issue. If this issue persists feel free to reopen this bug.
To run a 4.8.1 snapshot on windows:
1. install 7zip file manager from http://www.7-zip.de/
2. download a snapshot by selecting "Show unstable package" and "noarch" on one
of the following download sites:
https://software.opensuse.org/package/mingw32-kmymoney-portable
https://software.opensuse.org/package/mingw64-kmymoney-portable
3. unpack the contained 7z file with 7z
4. enter bin dir and start kmymoney.exe
