Running Chrome apps are now identified as normal browser windows in 5.10.1 and
5.10.2. This is working correctly in 5.9.5. See screenshot links below:

Note the mail and Authy icons are lit up and are not grouped with Chrome.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Chrome.
2. Open Authy chrome app
Actual Results:

Authy is identified as a chrome window and is grouped with the other chrome
browser windows.
Expected Results:

Authy should start and appear in a group under its own icon, separate from
other Chome browser windows.
Build Date & Platform:

Downgraded plasma-desktop package to 5.9.5, every other package at the same
version on Arch Linux and the bug is not present
